Q: Who can use your service?

A: Basically, anyone who lives in the Bay Area. We pick up and deliver to homes, businesses large and small, local stores and restaurants, to office buildings and hospitals. There just needs to be a place where your dry cleaning order can be picked up or dropped off.

Q: Do I have to be there when the drop off pick up is made?

A: No. There is no need to be home to use the service. Your driver will service your predesignated location.

Q: How will I know my scheduled drop off and pick up days?

A: Upon sign-up, you will be informed of your start date and your pick-up and delivery dates via email or phone call.

Q: How do I place an order?

A: There are 3 easy steps.
1) Sign-up: Complete and submit the order form or just call Best-Valet.com to take your information over the phone. 
2) Register: You will need a Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or a Debit card to register the account.
3) Pick up: If you sign-up and register before 10am, we will pick up your clothes the same day if it is your scheduled pick-up/delivery day for your are. If this is your first order, please place a note inside your bag with your name, address, and phone number.

Q: Does Best-Valet.com charge a delivery fee?

A: No, we do not in our service area. You pay our listed prices. There is no additional service fee.

A: We will the charge the credit card you provide at the end of the delivery day. You will receive an invoice each time attached to your clean clothes.

Q: Do you guarantee your work?

A: Best-Valet.com guarantees the quality of our dry cleaning. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of our cleaning, contact us within 2 days of your delivery, and we will re-clean your items free of charge. This does not apply to clothes that have been worn.

Q: How do I tell Best-Valet.com about a special request/issue with my garments?

A: Simply leave a detailed note in your bag identifying the specific garment (including color, fabric type and label if possible) along with your specific cleaning instructions.

Q: What is your Privacy Policy?

A: Best-Valet.com respects your privacy. We do not sell, rent, or loan any identifiable information regarding our customers to any third party. We may use aggregated information when it enables us to improve and enrich our product and service offering. Any information you give us is held with the utmost care and security, and will not be used in ways to which you have not consented. When you place orders with Best-Valet.com, the information you provide remains private and secure.

Q: Where do you pick up and drop off my clothes?

A: You choose the location for our courteous drivers to service. It's best if you choose a weather-sheltered location. Often customers provide a code or key for access to a location for their clothes.

Q: What information do you collect and how do you use it?

A: In order to provide you with excellent service, Best-Valet.co9m asks you for specific pieces of personal information when you register as a customer. Best-Valet.com does not share any personal information about individuals except if necessary for debt collection.  Your name, pick-up/delivery address, telephone number, e-mail address, and special instructions enable Best-Valet.com to pick-up and deliver your order on time and to the correct location.  After placing your first order with Best-Valet.com, a customer service representative will contact you to obtain your credit card information, so you don't have to worry about providing your credit card information online.

Q: What type of bag do I use to put my clothes in for pick-up?

A: We will provide our purple Best-Valet.com bags.  If you do not have a Best-Valet.com bag, just leave your cleaning in any suitable bag on the designated drop-off location. Please be sure to mark "Cleaning for Best-Valet.com" on the bag in large letters and place a note with your name on it inside your bag. The driver will pick-up your bag and on delivery day, he will hang a purple bag with your order.

Q: When will my clothes be delivered and what can I expect during delivery?

A: Best-Valet.com strives to make our pick-up and delivery service timely and convenient. The following outlines key elements of our delivery policy to help you understand our business practices.

Delivery Hours are 10 A.M. to 5 P.M. Monday through Friday.
Later Delivery - If unusual circumstances make it impossible to deliver your order during the scheduled day, it will be delivered immediately the following day.

Q: What will Best-Valet.com do if my clothes are lost or damaged?

A: We exercise utmost care in cleaning and processing garments entrusted to us and use such processes which, in our opinion, are best suited to the nature and conditions of each individual garment.  Nevertheless, we cannot assume responsibility for the inherent weaknesses of defects in materials which may result in tears or development of small holes in fabric that are not readily apparent prior to processing. In dry cleaning and laundering we cannot guarantee against color loss, color bleeding, and shrinkage; or against damage to weak and tender fabrics.

Damage Policy
Best-Valet.com's liability with respect to any damaged items shall not exceed ten (10) times our charge for cleaning that garment regardless of brand or condition and only cleaning credit will be issued to satisfy any claims. NO CASH PAYMENTS.

Loss Policy 
Best-Valet.com exercises utmost care in processing clothing items received to avoid misplacement or loss of items. However, it is not impossible that items may get misplaced or lost. As such, differences in count must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Best-Valet.com's liability with respect to any lost item shall not exceed ten (10) times our charge for cleaning that garment regardless of brand or condition excluding leather, suede, and household items which are at customers own risk at all times and only cleaning credit will be issued to satisfly any claims. NO CASH PAYMENTS.

Q: Will Best-Valet.com re-clean my clothes?

A: Within two (2) days after delivery, you may return any dry cleaned or laundered items if you are not completely satisfied with the quality of our cleaning. We will re-clean them for free of additional charge. To request re-cleaning, simply attach a note to the item and explain the problem.  The driver will pick-up the item with any additional items on schedule.

A: Signing up is easy to do through your office/apartment contact person. They will give you a form to fill out. Place the form and your first order in a suitable bag and leave the bag at the usual pick-up/delivery location. Call us to register and confirm your pick-up/ delivery dates.

Q: What kind of delivery service options are offered?

A: We offer a basic route delivery service and pick-up and delivery on demand.

Route Service:*
Our Route Service is a pick up and delivery service regularly scheduled for the same time, same place, once or twice a week. You don't have to call every time to request a pick-up and delivery.
How it works.....Twice a week service - We pick up your dirty clothes and deliver them clean 3 days later.
Our driver follows a route each day. Check which areas we go to each day, and register to be on our route!

Pick-up and Delivery on Demand:*
You can take advantage of our next day delivery for an additional $1 per piece. Household items such as blankets, sleeping bags, tablecloths, and drapes are 20% extra.

(*Specialty Items such as Leather/Suede, Rugs, Reweaving, Bridal Gown Preservation or Garment Restoration.)

A: Our holiday policy is that there is no services available on observed holidays:

Q:What is our environmental policy?

A: We pride ourselves on being "garment care specialists," because we take cleaning our customers' clothes very seriously. We realize your clothing represents an investment in your appearance and image, and so wee take care to treat your garments accordingly. At the heart of Best-Valet.com uniqueness is the process our contract cleaners use to clean the clothes.
The result is a process that produces superior cleaning but is very easy on the clothes, so they look better and last longer.  And as a bonus, clothes smell fresh and never have that "dry clean" odor. Cost-conscious consumers will be happy to know that the Best-Valet.com method is competitively priced.

Most traditional dry cleaning systems clean clothes in a chlorinated solvent called perchloroethylene, which is known to the State of California to cause cancer and which is a highly toxic groundwater contaminate and must be disposed of as hazardous waste. The cleaners Best-Valet.com contracts with, has a process that is by far more environmentally friendly. The result? The system we use is not only environmentally friendly to clothes and to people, it's ecologically responsible too.
